Booking Your Diamond Ring Assesment?

Alternatively, you can call 015392000 to book an appointment over the phone.
To honour our Diamond Promise commitment, we will ask you to book an appointment in the first six months after your purchase, and annually after that, so that we can assess your ring.
At this assessment, a member of our team will be able to recommend care regimes and adjustments.
Your 6-month Ring Assessment
Includes:
- Review of the metal finish, Rhodium layer if applicable
- Ensuring all hallmarks are present
- Checking the thickness of the ring shank
- Checking the ring size
- Checking the claws are present and secure
- Reviewing the stones are present and secure with no chips
- A clean of your ring
If any further assessments are required at this stage, your ring may also be sent to our expert goldsmiths for further checks and advice. If any issues are found which are a result of a manufacturing fault with the ring, they will be resolved without charge at this stage. This is the first step to keeping your ring as secure and pristine as possible for a lifetime of wear.
Once the ring has been assessed, and necessary adjustments have been completed, your Diamond Promise will be extended for a further 12 months.
Your Annual Ring Assessment
After your initial 6-month assessment, you will be reminded to book an annual assessment to uphold this Promise.
If we do see any issues during these assessments, we would provide necessary repair or maintenance advice which may require verification with one of our qualified goldsmiths.
