eCommerce Manager

We are seeking a proactive eCommerce Manager to join our team on a temporary full-time basis as maternity cover. Reporting our Director of Digital, this role offers an exciting opportunity to impact our digital strategies and operations during a critical period. As the eCommerce Manager, you will spearhead efforts to maximise digital sales and elevate the online presence of Fields.ie and Fraserhart.co.uk. You will be instrumental in liaising with the luxury brands that we stock, managing key promotions and initiatives online, and collaborating closely with our digital agency on brand-funded campaigns and channel strategies.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities include

  • Brand Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with brands we stock, ensuring their latest products and key focuses are prominently featured on our websites and that sales targets are achieved.
  • Web trading: Including ownership of executing trading initiatives and working with the internal team to ensure content is aligned to trading objectives and priorities.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Using analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify barriers to conversion.
  • Digital Sales Reporting: Regularly analyse and report on web KPIs, sales data, and other key eCommerce metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Digital Campaign Coordination: Work closely with our internal team and digital agency to develop and manage digital campaigns, both brand funded and internally driven, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
  • Affiliate Channel Support: Working with our digital agency to manage and optimise our affiliate programs.
  • Marketplace Integration: Collaborate with online marketplaces to expand our reach and ensure a consistent brand presence across various platforms.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successful brand partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using digital sales data to inform business strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in data management and analysis, with strong Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with various stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.


Desirable skills/experience:

  • Hands on experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud including reporting tools, content and online marketing management
  • Trade Doubler or other affiliate platform experience
